Madhya Pradesh Power Generating Company Limited (MPPGCL), a successor power generating company of erstwhile M.P. State Electricity Board (MPSEB), invites applications for recruitment of 453 various cadres Posts on REGULAR BASIS on behalf of six wholly owned Power Companies [MPPGCL, MPPTCL, MPPMCL, MPMKVVCL, MPPaKVVCL, MPPoKVVCL] of Government of Madhya Pradesh.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of online examination/ computer-based test of 100 Marks (75 Marks for relevant discipline and 25 Marks for General Awareness and Aptitude) followed by document verification. Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of two years (three years for Junior Engineer Posts).

Junior Engineer (Plant), Junior Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Plant) Trainee – Candidates must possess full time regular Diploma in relevant branch of engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for reserved category candidates) from a recognized University or Institute.
Candidates possess regular B.E./B.Tech. or AMIE Degree in relevant branch of engineering may also apply.
Shift Chemist Trainee– Candidates must possess Master’s/ Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry from University/ institute approved by AICTE/ UGC with minimum 65% marks (60% for reserved category candidates).
Assistant Engineer/ Manager – Candidates must possess regular B.E./B.Tech. or AMIE Degree in relevant branch of engineering with minimum 65% marks (60% for reserved category candidates) from a recognized University or Institute.
Candidates should have minimum 4 years of work experience as on last date of submission of application on contract post as Assistant Engineer/ Manager in successor companies of erstwhile MPSEB.
Manager HR Trainee– Candidates must possess regular MBA (HR)/ PGDM (HR) from University/ institute approved by AICTE/ UGC with minimum 65% marks (60% for reserved category candidates).
Fire Officer– Candidates must possess regular B.E./B.Tech. or AMIE Degree in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College, Nagpur or University/ institute approved by AICTE/ UGC with minimum 65% marks (60% for reserved category candidates).
Law Officer– Candidates must be Law Graduate from UGC recognised University/ Institute with minimum 65% marks (60% for reserved category candidates). Candidates should have valid CLAT-PG Score card as on last date of submission of application.
Accounts Officer- Candidates must have passed Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Cost and Management Accounting (CMA)/ICWA from ICAI OR
MBA (Finance)/ PGDBM (Finance) full time Regular Course from university recognized by UGC with minimum 65% marks (60% marks for SC & ST candidates).
Age Limit As on 01-Jan-2023:
Minimum 18 years/ 21 years and Maximum 43 years. However, relaxation in upper age limit applicable as per rules.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected on the basis of online written examination, followed by document verification. Selected candidates will be on training for a period of one year for Junior Engineer (Plant), and three months for Accounts Officer Posts.

Rs. 600/- for SC, ST, OBC (NCL), EWS, PwD category candidates of M.P. Domicile
Rs. 1200/- for Unreserved candidates
