Assistant Engineer (Civil)
Candidates must possess Degree in Civil Engineering. Candidates must having minimum 3 years experience in Planning, Supervision and Execution of Civil Works in Cement Plant/ Projects.
Welfare Officer
Candidates must be Graduate from recognised University with Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Social Work/ Social Science from an institution recognised by the Government of Kerala or LLB with Labour Law as elective subject of University recognised by the Government of Kerala.
Candidates must having minimum 3 years Post Qualification Industrial exposure in relevant field. Fluency in Malayalam is essential.
Candidates having Knowledge in AutoCAD/ STAAD/ total Station Survey and Experience in M ajor Civil/ Industrial Construction Projects will be preferred.
Maistry
Candidates must possess Diploma in Civil Engineering. Candidates must having minimum 2 years experience in the
supervision of Civil works in Cement Plant/ Projects.
Candidates having Knowledge in AutoCAD/ STAAD/ total Station Survey and Experience in M ajor Civil/ Industrial Construction Projects will be preferred.

Assistant Manager (Materials)
Candidates must possess Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and MBA or Diploma in Materials Management awarded by Institution/ University. Candidates must having minimum 5 years experience in Materials
Management in the Purchase Department in a Cement Company.
Chemist
Candidates must possess Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry. Candidates must having minimum 5 years experience in Chemical and Physical Analysis of Materials such as Limestone, Bauxite etc. in a reputed organization or Laboratory preferably Cement Industry.
Assistant Foreman Mechanical
Candidates must possess Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates must having minimum 3 years experience in maintenance of Crusher, Raw Mill, Kiln/ Cooler in Cement Plant.
General Manager (Works)
Candidates must possess Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering. Additional Degree/ Diploma in Management will be preferred. Candidates must having minimum 18 years experience in different levels of management out of which 5 years in a similar senior managerial position in cement industry.
Marketing Executives
Candidates must possess MBA Graduates with specialization in Marketing/ Engineering Graduates, preferably Civil Engineering. Candidates having Vehicle are preferred.
Upper Age Limit: 30 years for Marketing Executives posts; 38 years for Maistry; 39 years for Welfare Officer, Assistant Foreman Mechanical and Assistant Engineer posts; 41 years for Assistant Manager (Materials) and Chemist posts; 55 years for General Manager (Works) post as on 01-January-2021. OBC/ SC/ ST category candidates will be eligible to get the relaxation in upper age limit as per rules.
