Qualifications And Experience Required for above mentioned post;
1. Officer:
Graduation with minimum 55% marks. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have working experience of minimum 1 year in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company.
2. Senior Officer:
Post Graduate with minimum 55%. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have experience of minimum 2 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company.
3. Executive:
MBA with minimum 60%. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have experience of working of minimum 3 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in
Jr./Middle Management cadre.
4. Senior Executive:
MBA/Any Professional degree with minimum 60% marks. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have working experience of minimum 5 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in middle management cadre.
5. Senior Executive (Specialist – IT):
MCA/BE/B.Tech/M.sc (Computer Science)/Any Professional degree holder in IT with minimum 60% marks. Candidate should have working experience of minimum 5 Years of handling IT projects on Core Banking platform in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in Middle Management cadre.
6. Senior Executive (Specialist – HR):
MBA/MSW with specialization in Personnel Management/Human Resource Management with minimum 60% marks. Degree, Diploma course in Computer Application (Desirable). Candidate should have working experience of minimum 5 years in any Public/Private Sector Bank/Housing Finance Company in Human Resource department.
CBHFL Recruitment Method:
Selection of a candidate will be made on the basis of personal interview. Merit list will be prepared on the decision of the Company.
