District Court Patna Recruitment 2022-23: 7692 Group C Posts [Clerk, Stenographer, Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer, Peon/ Orderly Posts] in the Civil Courts of Bihar
राज्य के जिला न्यायालयों में क्लर्क, स्टेनोग्राफर, कोर्ट रीडर और अर्दली के 7692 पदों के लिए सूचना प्रकाशित हो गई है। इन पदों के लिए 20 सितंबर से आनलाइन की प्रक्रिया शुरू हो जाएगी। इन पदों के लिए आनलाइन आवेदन लिए जाएंगे। बिहार के न्यायालयों में लंबे समय के बाद इतने अधिक पदों पर नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू की जा रही है।
क्लर्क पद के लिए सबसे अधिक 3325 रिक्तियां हैं। इसके बाद स्टेनोग्राफर के लिए 1562, कोर्ट रीडर सह गवाही लेखक के लिए 1132 और चपरासी/अर्दली के 1673 पदों के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित किए गए हैं। आवेदक चाहें तो सभी चार पदों के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। हालांकि उन्हें हर पद के लिए अलग-अलग आवेदन करना होगा। इन पदों के लिए 20 सितंबर से 20 अक्टूबर तक आवेदन लिए जाएंगे।

कार्यालय संयोजक, केंद्रीकृत चयन और नियुक्ति समिति सह जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश, पटना की ओर से बिहार के अधीनस्थ न्यायालयों / जिला न्यायालयों में क्लास- III/यानी ग्रुप ‘सी’ के पदों पर भर्ती के लिए नवीनतम अधिसूचना जारी की गई है।
Qualification: Candidates must be Graduate (B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com.) from a recognized University (Matriculation pass for Peon/ Orderly). Candidates should have Computer proficiency.
Candidates applying for Stenographer position, must have knowledge of Stenography in English/Hindi. Candidates should have minimum speed of 80 words per minute in English and 60 words per minute in Hindi with typing speed at the rate of 45 words per minute in English and 35 words per minute in Hindi on Computer.
Candidates applying for Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer position, must have knowledge of Hindi or English Typing. Candidates should have minimum speed of 30 words per minute in Hindi and 40 words per minute in English on Computer.
Age Limit As on 01-09-2022: Minimum 21 years and Maximum 37 years for unreserved male candidates, 40 years for unreserved female candidates/ Backward Class and Extremely Backward Class Candidates, and 42 years for SC/ ST category candidates.
Selection Process:
Clerk- Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test for screening the candidates, written test of 90 marks, followed by viva-voce test of 10 marks.
Peon/ Orderly– Candidates will be selected on the basis of written test of 85 marks and Interview of 15 Marks.
Stenographer- Candidates will be selected on the basis of online shorthand and typing test of both English and Hindi followed by an online written test of English/ Hindi of 90 marks, followed by interview of 10 marks.
Court Reader-cum-Deposition Writer– Candidates will be selected on the basis of online test for screening the candidates, written test of 90 marks, followed by viva-voce test of 10 marks.
Written Test Syllabus: Mathematics of matriculation standard, General knowledge and current affairs, English Language and Hindi Language Consisting of Letter writing, essay, precis writing, comprehension, and vocabulary.
Examination Fee: Online Mode
Rs 400/- for SC, ST and Physically Handicapped candidates
Rs. 800/- for General, BC, EWS, EBC category candidates
